Sign-up for a U-Haul account to manage your Big Ring Storage unit and make rental payments online.

New Customers:

Follow the steps below to set up your Uhaul account for payment

  1. Visit uhaul.com and click “My Account” in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on “Create an account” and follow steps to set up a new uhaul.com account.
    Be sure to enter your information as it appears in your storage account.
  3. Your Dashboard will be displayed once you have set up your account.
  4. To add your unit, go to “My Storage” and click “find my storage unit.”
  5. Here you will add the phone number and unit number on file with Big Ring Storage to add to your profile.

Once you add your unit, use the dashboard to:
• Pay your rent
• Edit your contact information
• Update your email and text reminders
